Yesterday, the Ogun State Recreational Center, Ota recorded a frontline massive troops of the human person, as dignitaries, groups, associations, etc gathered from all walks of the South West to mark their presence at the worthy Sensitization/Inaugural program of the National Campaign Support Groups for Tinubu (NCSGT Global).
In an interview with the National Chairman of the group in person Amb. Olayemi Paul, made it known that the event holds across the six geopolitical zones, with Ogun State hosting the South West zone, was organized to sensitize the citizens, the APC party members, electorates, etc as well as to inaugurate the group executives, “presently, this event is ongoing across all zones, and with reports from each zone that there is a massive turnout, thus, this display the relevance and evidence of our wings across the nation”, he said. Pressing further, he also challenged the executives across all levels to be more committed as they have gotten the certificates of appointments.
Amazingly but not surprisingly, the event in which about 65% of the attendee are women, thus, these women were so glad to welcome the National Women Leader – Hon. (Mrs) Olagunju Oluwatoyin Adebo, also challenged the women to be more proactive, stating women have the advantage of canvasing and convincing over the masculine gender. She, however, implored all the women to be up and doing, and relevant in their grassroots engagements.
Comr. Alagbo, the Ogun State coordinator for the coalition, appreciated other state executives for their diligence in the task. “I wasn’t expecting up to this crowd from the other states especially Ekiti, leveraging on the distance to get here, I am glad the group leaders in these states could mobilize these huge populations, indeed, it is a dire commitment”, he said and I quote.
