HONOURABLE AYODELE ADEMILUYI SCORES FIRST LEGAL VICTORY AS COURT GRANTS HIS MOTION TO AMEND, TO HEAR AMENDED SUIT ON WEDNESDAY, 10TH MAY, 2023

The Member of House of Representatives-Elect, Eti-Osa Federal Constituency, Honourable Ayodele Ademiluyi has scored its first legal victory in Court with the favourable Ruling delivered by Honourable Justice Lifu of the Federal High Court, Lagos Division granting him leave to amend his Originating Summons and deeming his already filed and amended Originating Summons as properly filed and served.

I use the opportunity to express deep appreciation to the trio of Messers Dave Ajetumobi, Adesina Ogunlana and Miss M.C. Ogini Esq., who appeared for me.

I am equally grateful to Members of the Media Bureau-Comrades Francis Nwapa and Duroorike of the Democratic Socialist Movement and Fidel Davynovich, a revolutionary socialist.
