As a seasoned student leader and dedicated advocates, I, Kuku Isaiah Eromidayo (Kuku of Lagos), am excited to announce my candidacy for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO) in NANS Southwest (Zone D). With a strong passion for amplifying student voices and promoting our interests, I am confident in my ability to effectively represent and serve our association.
My Vision:
Create a more united, inclusive, and vibrant student community where every student has a voice and an opportunity to thrive.
My Experience:
As the 30th LASUSU General Secretary, I demonstrated my commitment to student welfare and effective representation. I hold a degree in Political Science Education from Lagos State University and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
Three-Point Agenda:
1. Capacity Building:
– Organize leadership and management events
– Foster unity and collaboration among zones, institutions, and stakeholders
– Enhance communication channels for inclusivity and participation
2. Constitutional Responsibilities:
– Effectively communicate our stories, struggles, and triumphs
– Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
– Develop and implement innovative communication strategies
3. Advocacy:
– Listen to and amplify student voices
– Build coalitions and partnerships with appropriate entities
– Engage in dialogue with administrators and policymakers
